Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

We gladly replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help file a claim or send a replacement when possible.
