Orders

• All products are made-to-order, so processing begins shortly after you purchase.

• Please double-check your details before checkout — once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping

• Orders ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary (typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.).

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

• Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or change of mind.

• We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.

Use of Content

• All artwork, designs, and product images belong to Little Shop of Kindness. Please do not reproduce or resell them without permission.
